Pinangat or Tinuktok—Pinangat ,also known as Tinuktok, is another delicious dish from Bicol. It is a mix of minced young coconut meat, shrimps, and spices wrapped in taro leaves and cooked in coconut milk (pinoykitchenette.blogspot.com). Yum!
